温州市吸毒人群输血传播病毒感染的检测分析

目的 :了解我市静脉吸毒者输血传播病毒 (TTV)感染情况。方法 :采集静脉吸毒者血液标本 ,分离血清 ,用半巢式聚合酶链式反应 (PCR)检测TTV。结果 :共检测 30 6例 ,检出TTV阳性 2 3例 ,阳性率为 7 5 2 %。吸毒时间≤ 1a者TTV阳性率较低 ,为 4 31% ,而 >1a者阳性率较高 ,为 14 4 3% ,两者比较差异有显著性 (χ2 =9 77,P <0 0 1)。不同性别和不同血型者的TTV感染率比较差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :温州地区静脉吸毒者是TTV感染的高危人群 ,应采取控制措施预防和减少TTV在吸毒人群中的传播。

DETECTION AND ANALYSIS OF TRANSFUSION-TRANSMITTED VIRUS INFECTION AMONG INTRAVENOUS DRUG USERS IN WENZHOU

Objective: To understand the infe ction of transfusion-transmitted virus(TTV) in intravenous drug users(IVDUs). Methods: Blood samples were taken and collected,and sera wer e isolated. TTV was detected with semi-nested polymerase chain reaction(PCR). Results: Three hundred and six IVDUs were investigated,an d among them 23 were TTV positive. The positive rate was 7.52%.There were fewer TTV positive among IVDUs (4.31%)who used drugs less than one year,while more among those(14.43% ) who used drugs more than one year, which showed significan t difference(χ2=9.77,P<0.01).TTV infection was not associated with gen der or blood types (P>0.05). Conclusion: IVDUs are high risk group of TTV infection in Wenzhou. Preventive and control measures should be taken for IVDUs to reduce TTV infection.
