| 摘 要： | 安全护理是护理质量的保证。妇科患者是一个特殊的群体,针对妇科患者的特点,妇科护生实习中存在的问题以及带教老师存在的问题,制定相应的对策,增强法制观念,保护患者的隐私,培养服务意识,提高综合素质,最大限度降低护理差错,确保护理安全。

| Abstract: | Nursing Safety is the security of quality of nursing. The patients of gynecology are a special group. According to the characteristics of patients, the problems in nursing practice and the appropriate teaching problems then to develop appropriate strategies, improve the legal awareness, protect the privacy of patients, cultivate the service awareness, improve the comprehensive qualities, minimize nursing errors and ensure the nursing safety. |
