阿立哌唑与氯氮平治疗精神分裂症临床分析

目的:比较阿立哌唑与氯氮平对精神分裂症的疗效和不良反应。方法:将100例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,每组均50例,分别选用阿立哌唑与氯氮平治疗,疗程6周。采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)及治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果:阿立哌唑有效率94%,显效率84%。氯氮平有效率90%,显效率80%,两组治疗后与治疗前PANSS评分比较差异有显著性,两组间疗效比较差异无显著性,阿立哌唑不良反应少于氯氮平。结论:阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症疗效确切,不良反应少。

A Clinical Analysis of Aripiprazole and Clozapine in Treatment of Schizophrenia

Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety between Aripiprazole and Clozapine in treatment of schizophrenia.Method: A hundred patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups receiving Aripiprazole or Clozapine treatment respectively.The periods of treatment were 6 weeks.The positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS) and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS) were used to evaluate the efficacy and side effects.Results: The efficacy rate of Aripiprazole was 94%,in which 84% were improved markedly.The efficacy rate of Clozapine was 90%,in which 80% were improved markedly.The PANSS scores in both groups decreased significantly after treatment;there was no significant difference in efficacy between two groups.Aripiprazole had fewer side effects than Clozapine.Conclusions: Aripiprazole is an effective drug for schizophrenia,with few side effects.
