| 摘 要： | 目的：观察胃癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶9（mmp-9）的表达与侵袭程度和淋巴结转移的关系。方法：应用免疫组化S-19法检测67例胃癌组织中mmp-9的表达。结果：mmp-9表达强度与早期胃癌及进展期胃癌的病理分期显著相关（P〈0．01），与淋巴结有无转移显著相关（P〈0．01）。结论：ppm-9表达强度与胃癌分期以及有无淋巴结转移有显著相关性，是判断胃癌分期和转移有价值的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the correlation between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase(MMP-9) and degree of invasion and lymph node metastasis.Method:S-P immunohistochemical method was used to detect gastric cancer tissue MMP-9 expression in 67 cases.Result:There was significant correlation between MMP-9 expression degree and pathological staging of early stage gastric cancer and progressive gastric cancer(P<0.01),as well as lymph node metastasis(P<0.01).Conclusion:There was significant correlation between MMP-9 expression degree and gastric cancer staging and lymph node metastasis,MMP-9 expression degree is a valuable index for gastric cancer staging and metastasis judgement. |
