血液透析治疗141例急性肾功能衰竭分析

目的　分析血液透析治疗急性肾功能衰竭 (ARF)的效果。方法　 141例ARF患者 ,其中外科组 5 3例 ,内科组 5 1例 ,传染科组 2 6例 ,妇产科组 11例 ,均进行血液透析治疗。结果　除 3例自动出院外 ,治愈 94例(6 8.1% ) ,死亡 44例 ,其中死于感染 17例 ,急性呼吸窘迫综合征 (ARDS) 9例 ,心衰 7例 ,各类出血 4例 ,多系统功能衰竭 (MSOF) 6例 ,肝衰 1例。外科组死亡率 43.4% (2 3/ 5 3) ,内科组 33.3% (17/ 15 ) ,传染科组 7.7% (2 / 2 6 ) ,妇产科组 18.2 % (12 / 11)。结论　根据病情选择合适的透析技术早期透析 ,积极治疗原发病 ,控制感染等是提高抢救成功率的关键 ,同时应积极预防医源性肾衰。

Analysis of Blood Dialysis in Treating 141 Cases With Acute Renal Failure

Objective To analyse the effect of blood dialysis in treating acute renal failure (ARF). Methods Among 141 cases of ARF,surgical group includes 53 cases,medical group 51 cases,infection group 26 cases,gynecology and obstetrics group 11 cases,respectively. Results Except 3 cases who voluntarily left hospital,94 cases were cured,44 cases were dead.The death rate of surgical,medical,infection,gynecology and obstetrics disease were 43.4%,33.3%,7.7%,18.2%,respectively. Conclusion According to different patients using different dialysis technology,vigorous treating primary disease and controling infection are very important for improvement of successful rate of rescue.Meanwhile it is necessary to positively prevent renal failure due to medical service.
