摘    要:目的 :探讨 UF- 10 0全自动尿沉渣分析仪测定红细胞 (RBC)的影响因素及镜检的重要性。方法 :对 UF- 10 0全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测的 331例红细胞 RBC阳性尿液标本进行复查镜检。结果 :有 79例为假阳性 ,占 2 3.9% ,其中结晶所致红细胞假阳性 5 4例 ,占 6 8.3% ,类酵母菌所致假阳性 5例 ,占 6 .3%。结论 :多因素特别是盐类结晶易致 UF- 10 0测红细胞产生假阳性 ,镜检具有重要意义

Abstract:Purpose To deal with the importance of microscopic examination and several factors interfering with the accuracy of RBC determination by UF-100 automatic urinary sediment analyzer. Methods 331 RBC positive urine samples that had been detected by UF-100 automatic urinary sediment analyzer were microscopically re-examined. Results Among the 331 positive samples 79 were false-positive (23.9 %), of which 54 resulted from salt crystals (68.3 %); 5 were caused by parayeasts (6.2 %). Conclusion Certain factors, especially salt crystals, are prone to make RBC testing false-positive at UF-100. Microscopic examination is therefore of great importance.
