松龄血脉康治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕临床观察

目的观察尼莫地平联合松龄血脉康治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床疗效和安全性。方法将120例经病史和CT、MRI、颅多普勒超声（TCD）等检查证实的椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者,随机分为两组,对照组给予尼莫地平片治疗,治疗组给予尼莫地平片加用松龄血脉康胶囊治疗,疗程为14d,比较两组临床疗效及TCD指标。结果治疗组痊愈12例,显效26例,有效21例,无效1例,总有效率98.3%;对照组痊愈3例,显效15例,有效24例,无效18例,总有效率70%。两组总有效率比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。而在痊愈例数方面和改善眩晕症状的时间方面（7d内）,治疗组优于对照组。在改善椎-基动脉的平均血流速度方面和降低血管阻力指数方面,治疗组明显优于对照组。两组在不良反应方面无明显差别,且治疗后无脏器功能损害。结论尼莫地平联合松龄血脉康治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕较单用尼莫地平有明显的优势,且无明显副反应。松龄血。

Clinical Observation on Songlin Xuemaikang Capsule for Treatment of Vertebrobasilar Ischemic Vertigo

Objective To observe clinical curative effect and the safety of nimodipine tablet with Songlin Xuemaikang capsule（SXC） on vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo.Methods One hundred and twenty patients（pts） with vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo were randomly divided into two groups：Control group treated with nimodipine tablet,and treatment group treated with nimodipine tablet and SXC for 14 days.Efficacy was compared by transcranial Doppler（TCD）.Results Twelve pts were cured,26 pts were markedly effective,21 pts were effective,1 case was invalid in treatment group,and total effective rate of treatment group was 98.3%.Tree pts were cured,15 pts were markedly effective,24 pts were effective,18 pts were ineffective in control group,and the total effective rate 70.0%.The total effective rate in treatment group was better than that in control group（P0.05）.The blood vessel drag force index and improvement of vertebrobasilar artery average blood stream speed in treatment group were better than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of nimodipine with SXC was better than that of nimodipine alone for vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo.
