摘    要:目的在前期通过模拟循环实验台对自行研发设计的微型轴流血泵进行体外流体力学特性测试的基础上,进一步研究活体动物急性实验血流动力学参数,探讨植入方法和植入过程中的注意事项。方法选取健康绵羊4只,左侧开胸植入血泵,形成左心室→血泵→降主动脉的循环通路,置入压力和流量监测管道,血泵连续运行6 h,进行血泵流体力学测试。结果血泵直接植入左心室,无需体外循环,连续运行6 h期间,工作性能稳定。平均动脉压(70±15)mmHg,调整血泵转速8 000 r/min~13 000 r/min,其对应流量达到0.45 L/min~5.00 L/min。结论该轴流血泵易植入,活体动物急性实验表明作为短期辅助其基本流体力学性能良好,能够满足临床心力衰竭患者辅助循环需求。

Initial Acute in Vivo Hemodynamic Characteristics of Miniature Implantable Axial Flow Blood Pump

Abstract:Objective To investigate hydrodynamics parameter of animals in acute experiments and to approach transplant Methodsand announcements,on the basis of previous research in vitro of mini axial flow blood pump on a homemade mimic vitro platform.Methods Sheep underwent a left lateral thoractomy,blood pump were transplanted into left ventricular apex to construct a circuit from left ventricular to blood pump to descending aorta.Pressure and flow parameters were monitored.Blood pump worked continuously in 6 hours and hydrodynamics parameters were collected.Results Blood pump transplanted into left ventricular work 6 hours in stability without cardiopulmonary bypass.When rotation speed was set from 8 000 r/min to 13 000 r/min,flow rates can reach 0.45 L/min to 5.00 L/min in mean arterial pressure 70 mmHg±15 mmHg.Conclusion Axial flow blood pump has good hydrodynamics to substitute for left ventricle in acute animal experiment,which can meet the demand of assisted circulation in congestive heart failure patients.
