中频电配合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征疗效观察

目的观察中频电配合康复训练对脑卒中后肩手综合征的治疗效果。方法 98例肩手综合征患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组（50例）采用常规临床药物治疗和康复训练。观察组（48例）在常规临床药物治疗和康复训练的基础上配合中频电治疗,治疗时间为一个月。两组在治疗前后采用目测类比评分法（VAS）、改良的Fulg-Meyer（FMA）法、Barthel（BI）指数分别评定患侧上肢疼痛、手指水肿程度、关节活动范围、上肢运动功能及日常生活活动能力（ADL）,评定临床疗效。结果两组治疗后偏瘫侧肩痛、水肿、关节活动度、FMA-Meyer评分及Barthe指数较治疗前均有显著改善（P〈0.05）,观察组明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）,且观察组临床疗效总有效率亦明显优于对照组（观察组97.92%,对照组78.00%,P〈0.05）。结论中频电配合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征疗效显著。

Observation on Medium Frequency Therapy with Rehabilitation Training for Shoulder-hand Syndrome after Stroke

Objective To study the effect of medium frequency therapy with rehabilitation training on shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.Methods Ninety-eight patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke were randomly divided into two groups：Control group（n=50） treated with conventional medicine and rehabilitation training,and experimental group（n=48） treated with medium frequency therapy,conventional medicine and rehabilitation training.The visual analogue scale（VAS）,modified Fugl-Meyer assessment and Barthel index were used to assess the degree of pain and activities of daily living（ADL）.The total clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results Compared with data pre-treatment,the VAS scores,edema of limb,joint range of motion（ROM）,movement function of upper limb and ADL were obviously improved after treatment in both groups（P0.05）.The effects in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group（P0.05）.The total effective rate in experimental group was 97.92%,which was better than that in control group（78%,P0.05）.Condusion Medium frequency therapy with rehabilitation training had an obvious effect on shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.
