银丹心脑通胶囊治疗冠心病心肌缺血的临床研究

目的观察银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗冠心病心肌缺血的临床疗效。方法将105例冠心病心肌缺血患者分为3组。1组（36例）在常规药物治疗基础上加用银丹心脑通软胶囊2粒,每日3次;2组（34例）在常规药物治疗基础上加用银丹心脑通软胶囊3粒,每日3次;3组为对照组,35例仅用常规药物治疗。3组治疗时间均为4周。治疗前后观察记录症状变化,并进行心电图检测及肝肾功能化验,对相关指标作对比分析。结果治疗4周后,3组自觉症状及心电图均有明显改善,治疗后1组、2组总有效率分别与3组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;总有效率1组、2组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;1组、2组、3组治疗前后肝肾功能和不良反应比较均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论冠心病心肌缺血患者在常规治疗基础上加银丹心脑通软胶囊有更显著疗效,对肝、肾功能无影响,不良反应无增加。

Clinical Observation on Yindan Xinnaotong Capsule for Treatment of Myocardial Ischemia in Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To observe the effect of Yindan Xinnaotong capsule for treatment of myocardial ischemia in coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods One hundred and fifteen patients with myocardial ischemia of CHD were randomly divided into three groups：Group A（n=36） treated with low dose of Yindan Xinnaotong capsule and routine treatment,group B（n=34） treated with high dose of Yindan Xinnaotong capsule and routine treatment,control group（n=35） treated with routine treatment for four weeks.The symptom,electrocardiogram,hepatic and renal function were studied before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in group A and group B were higher than that in control group after treatment（P0.01）.There were no difference in total effective rate between group A and group B（P0.05）.There was no damage of hepatic and renal function in three groups（P0.05）.Conclusin Yindan Xinnaotong capsule with routine treatment was effective on myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease.
