| 摘 要： | 目的观察参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔在室性心律失常中的疗效。方法将52例冠心病伴心律失常患者随机分为参松组与参美组,各52例,分别使用参松养心胶囊、参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗。观察两组治疗前后室性心律失常发作的改善情况。结果参美组在短期抗心律失常方面疗效同参松养心胶囊组接近（P〉0.05）,两组在3个月后抗心律失常作用方面无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。讨论参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔具有稳定心肌细胞膜电活动,降低冠脉阻力、心肌耗氧的作用。对冠心病患者的室性早搏有治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of Shensong Yangxin capsule（SYC） combined with metoprolol on ventricular arrhythmia.Methods Fifty-two patients（pts） with premature ventricular contractions and nonsustained ventricular tachycardia were randomly divided into two groups：Group A treated by SYC and Group B treated with SYC and metoprolol.Results The short term effect in Group B was superior to that in Group A（P〉0.05）.There was no difference at 3 months（P〉0.05）.Conclusion SYC and metoprolol was effective for ventricular arrhythmia in pts with coronary heart disease. |
