中药复方对腹主动脉缩窄大鼠血浆心房利钠肽水平的影响

目的探讨中药复方对腹主动脉缩窄大鼠血浆心房利钠肽（ANP）水平的干预作用。方法银夹法建立腹主动脉缩窄大鼠模型,用放免法进行血浆ANP检测,观察中药复方对大鼠左室心肌质量指数（LVMI）、左室心肌病理形态胶原染色和血浆ANP改变的干预作用。结果造模8周时LVMI、血浆ANP表达模型组较假手术组显著升高（P〈0.01）,中药复方组较模型组显著降低（P〈0.01）。结论中药复方可延缓腹主动脉缩窄大鼠所致心肌纤维化进程,可能与影响血浆ANP水平有关。

Effects of Chinese Herbal Formula on Plasma Atrial Natriuretic Peptide in Rats Model with Abdominal Aortic Banding

Objective To investigate the effects of Chinese herbal formula on plasma atrial natriuretic peptide（ANP） in rats with abdominal aortic banding.Methods The abdominal aortic banding rat models were established with silver clip.The level of plasma ANP was measured by immunohistochemistry staining.The left ventricular mass index（LVMI） and pathologic morphology were observed.Results Compared with sham-operated group,the LVMI and the level of plasma ANP were increased obviously in model group at the 8th week（P0.01）.Compared to model group,the LVMI and the level of plasma ANP were decreased in Chinese herbal formula group（P0.01）.Conclusion Chinese herb formula could delay the process of myocardial fibrosis,which could be related to regulating the level of plasma ANP.
