早期电针治疗急性脑梗死偏瘫患者的疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨早期电针治疗时急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损、运动功能(FMA)及日常生活活动能力(ADL)的影响。方法将78例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组在采用常规药物治疗同时,进行早期电针治疗,对照组仅采用常规药物治疗。28d后分别评价两组患者的神经功能缺损、FMA及ADL。结果治疗后两组的神经功能缺损、FMA和ADL评分与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),但治疗组各指标的改善明显优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论早期电针治疗能有效改善急性脑梗死偏瘫患者的运动功能,提高生活能力,减少神经功能缺损。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of early electroacupuncture therapy on the deficits of neurological function,motor function and activities of daily life(ADL) in patients(pts) with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Seventy- eight pts with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups:Treatment group treated with electroacupuncture therapy and routine treatment and control group treated only with routine treatment. The neurological functional deficits, Fugl- Meyer assessment(FMA)and ADL were assessed in all the patients after 28 days. Results The scores of neurological deficit,FMA and ADI. were significant difference in two groups before and after treatment (P〈0.05). The scores in treatment group were significantly better than that in control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Early electroacupuncture therapy was more effective in reduction of neurological functional deficits,improving motor function and the daily life abilities for hemiplegia pts with acute cerebral infarction.
