益智灵方治疗轻度血管性认知障碍的临床观察

目的观察益智灵方治疗轻度血管性认知障碍（VCI）的临床疗效。方法以银杏叶片为阳性对照,采用随机单盲、平行对照的方法,选取符合VCI纳入标准的患者100例,随机分为益智灵方治疗组（治疗组）与银杏叶片对照组（对照组）,各50例。评价益智灵方治疗轻度血管性认知障碍的安全性和有效性。结果治疗12周后中医证候积分治疗组总有效率为70%,对照组为54%。两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后两组Blessed积分降低,MMSE积分提高（P〈0.05）,但治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论益智灵方补脾益肾填精,化痰活血,是治疗轻度血管性认知障碍的有效方药。

Clinical Observation on Yizhiling Pill in Treatment of Mild Vascular Cognitive Impairment

Objective To study the effects of Yizhiling pill on mild vascular cognitive impairment（MVCI）.Methods One hundred patients（pts） with mild VCI were divided into：Yizhiling pill group（n=50） treated by Yizhiling pill and control group（n=50） treated by ginkgo biloba.All pts were diagnosed according to the Diagnostic Standard of VD of DSM-IV and VCI of NINDS-CSN.The curative effects were determined with the syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）,the mini mental state examination（MMSE）scores and Berg Balance Scale（BBS）scores according to nimodipine method.Results Following treatment for 12 weeks,the total effective rate of the TCM syndromes was 70% in Yizhiling Pill group and 54% in control group（P0.05）.After treatment,the Blessed scores decreased and the MMSE scores increased（P0.05）in two groups.The MMSE scores and main TCM syndromes in Yizhiling pill were superior to that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Yizhiling pill had effects on MVCI patients with mild VCI.
