氨甲喋呤腹腔滴注治疗未破裂型异位妊娠临床研究

目的：探讨氨甲喋呤腹腔内滴注治疗未破裂型异位妊娠的可行性、临床效果、副作用及对再孕的影响。方法：将100mg/m^2氨甲喋呤加入1000ml生理盐水中作腹腔内滴注。结果：成功率90．1％，治疗后3个月作输卵管造影或通液试验，输卵管通畅率90％。结论：本方法疗效确切，操作简便，副作用小。可作为异位妊娠的一种新的保守治疗方法。

Clinical Study of Intraabdominal Injection of Methotrexate in Treating Unbroken Ectopic Pregnancy

: To study the possibility, effect, side effect of methotrexate in the treatment of unbroken ectopic pregnancy and its influence on next pregnancy. Method: 100mg/m2 methotrexate in 1000ml normal saline was injected into abdominal cavity. Results: The success rate was 91.16% . Salpingography or liquid flowing test was performed 3 months after treatment, and the tubal patent rate was 90%. Conclusion: This method is effective, simple, and has less side effect. We suggest that this method may be a new conservative therapy for ectopic pregnancy.
