摘    要:目的 观察血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)及β3整合素mRNA在肉芽组织血管生成中表达的动态变化。方法 采作RT-PCR法定量分析人正常皮下组织、增殖期肉芽组织(伤后7-12d)及成熟期肉芽组织(伤后30-35d)VEGF及β3整合素 RNA的水平,结果 在正常皮下组织中,VEGF及β3整合素mRNA呈低表达,而在增殖期肉芽组织中表达升高,待肉芽组织完全成熟后二者的表达又有所降低。结论 VEGF及β3整合素mRNA的水平与肉牙组织的血管生长过程呈动态相关,提示两种蛋白质可能在肉芽组织血管生成中发挥调节作用。

Abstract:AIM To observe the dynamic changes in the expression of vascular endot helial growth factor (VEGF) and integrin β3 mRNA during the angiogenetic proces s of granulation tissue. METHODS VEGF and integrin β3 mRNA in human normal subcuta neous tissue, proliferative granulation tissue (7~12 days post-injured) and mat u re granulation tissue (30~35 days post-injured) were quantitatively analyzed wi th RT-PCR. RESULTS In normal subcutaneous tissue, VEGF and integ rin β3 mRNA were e xpressed low while in proliferative granulation tissue they were up-regulated. When granulation tissue was mature completely, the expression of VEGF and integr in β3 declined again. CONCLUSION The levels of VEGF and integr in β3 mRNA are rel ated to the growth of vessels in granulation tissue, which suggests that these t wo proteins may play an important role in regulating the angiogenetic process of granulation tissue.
