止眩灵治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的作用研究

目的　探讨应用中药止眩灵治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的作用机理及疗效因素。方法　对 5 2例口服止眩灵患者治疗前后做经颅多谱勒超声检查以及血液流变学指标检测 ,并进行统计学分析。结果　治疗后椎动脉血流速度异常增高的有明显减低 ,而血液流变学指标有较明显改善。结论　本药可缓解血管痉挛 ,并降低血液粘稠度 ,从而改善椎 -基底动脉供血不足的症状。

The clinical curative effect study on treating cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy using Zhixuanling

Objective To observe the effective mechanism and the factor of curative effect using traditional Chinese herb Zhixuanling per os to treat cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy.Methods After two courses of treatment,Transcranial Doppler ultrasongraphy and hemorrheology was used to detect the change and efficiency on the 52 cases which were treated with Zhixuanling per oral,then made a statistic analysis.Results The blood-stream rate,which was abnormally higher,was significantly lower than before and the index of hemorrheology also improved significantly.Conclusion Zhixuanling can release the spastic artery and lower the blood viscosity,so that the clincal symptom,which was caused by the vertebrobasilar insufficiency,can be better.
