丹红注射液辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病68例

[目的]评价丹红注射液辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效。[方法]将符合纳入标准的患者按就诊时间随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在对照组常规西药治疗的基础上加用丹红注射液40mL每天静脉滴注,观察疗程14天后病人的症状体征及辅检变化。[结果]治疗组在总有效率,肺功能、动脉血气分析、尤其是血凝指标的改善方面明显优于对照组。[结论]丹红注射液辅助治疗可以作为提高COPD临床疗效的中医药推荐方案。

Clinical Observation on 68 Cases of Adjuvant Therapy with Danhong Injection for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

[Objective]To study the clinical effect of the combination of Danhong injection with conventional western medicine for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).[Methods]The involved patients were randomized into control group and treatment group which was treated by the combination of Danhong injection, 40mL per day,with conventional western medicine.Both groups were medicated for 14 days to observe the changes of clinical symptoms and signs,des seized.[Results]The treatment group in the total effective rate,lung function,arterial blood gas analysis,especially the improvement of coagulation indicators are better than the control group.[Conclusion]The combination with Danhong injection can be recommended as the program of Chinese medicine to enhance the clinical effect of COPD.
