16例胸腔镜下肺大泡结扎术的护理

自１９９５年以来，笔者对１６例自发性气胸在电视胸腔镜下行肺大泡结扎术的病人进行了护理。重点论述了胸腔镜手术与开胸手术在护理上的不同之处。我们运用护理程序对病人进行了系统的护理，主要在术前宣教和心理护理及术后严密观察生命体征变化、保持呼吸道通畅、对手术后可能出现的并发症进行预防性处理和监护。并通过两组病人胸液量、拔管时间的对比和统计学处理分析，进一步证实了胸腔镜手术后病人具有切口小、痛苦少、住院时间短、并发症少的特点，为今后胸腔镜手术的护理提供了经验。

Nursing Specificities of the Pulmonary Bulla Ligation under Thoracoscope

cases with spontaneous pneumothocax were divided into two groups:the treatment group (16 cases) and the control group (16 cases).Pulmonary bulla ligation under thoracoscope was used in the treatment group and pleuracotomy was taken in the control group.By comparing statistically the quantity of hydrothorax and the extracting time of the drainage-tubes,we concluded that pulmonary bulla ligation under thoracoscope is a method of smaller incision,less pain,shorter hours of hospilalization and few complications.In the article,the differences between the two method were discussed,and the nursing process,which include education before treatment,psychologic nursing and nursing after treatment,were proved efficient.This may be of some help to develop a better nursing care before and after the operation under thoracoscope.
