8号头皮针胫骨穿刺18例

目的探索一种安全、有效、方便、创伤小的骨髓穿刺方法。方法我们于2004年至2005年选择有骨髓穿刺适应症的0~5岁患儿18例,用8号头皮针在胫骨粗隆下0.5~1.0cm内侧进行穿刺,抽取约0.1m l骨髓化验。结果18例中,有16例抽取骨髓相当顺利,有2例需稍作旋转或稍退出穿刺针才抽取出骨髓,18例取材良好,术中及术后穿刺部位均无明显出血情况及其他不良反应。结论用8号头皮针在胫骨骨穿简捷、安全、创伤小、取材好,值得在0~5岁的患儿推广应用,有望成为一种新的骨穿方法。

Tibia puncture with #8scalp needle for 18 sick children

Objective To evaluate a safe,simple and effective procedure of bone marrow puncture. Methods Eighteen sick children,who aged from 0 to five years and were with indications for bone marrow puncture,were included in the study from January,2004 to April,2005.And 0.1 ml of each bone marrow sample was collected with #8 scalp needle on the inside part of tibia 0.5~1.0 cm lower than tibial tuberosity.Results Bone marrow puncture went smoothly in sixtenn cases of eighteen sick children,and the other two needed to make a little bit of conbolution or withdrawal for the collection of bone marrow.All the eighteen bone marrow samples were qualified for the examinations and there was no obvious bleeding or other complication observed in the procedure sites during or after the puncture.Conclusions Tibia puncture with #8 scalp needle is a safe,simple and effective procedure for the collection of qualified bone marrow samples.And it is worthwhile to be widely used in 0~5 years old sick children.
