温州市鹿城区不同人群艾滋病相关知识现况调查

目的了解鹿城区不同人群艾滋病相关知识知晓水平,为今后更有针对性地开展艾滋病防治工作提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,2008年9月对城市居民、农村居民、在校中学生和农民工4类人群共计680人进行匿名问卷调查。结果城市居民、农村居民、在校中学生和农民工的总体知晓率分别为84.17%、68.51%、87.98%和75.19%,4类人群艾滋病相关知识知晓率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。艾滋病相关知识总体知晓率较高,个别知识知晓率较低。文化程度是影响艾滋病相关知识掌握情况的一种因素。获得艾滋病相关知识的主要来源均以电视为主。结论艾滋病健康教育应更加全面、科学。应采用多种方式开展宣传教育,尤其要加大对农村地区和农民工预防艾滋病的宣传普及力度。

Survey on AIDS Related Knowledge Among Different Population of Lucheng District, Wenzhou City

OBJECTIVE To understand the present conditions of AIDS related knowledge in Lueheng District among urban and rural residents, middle school students and migrant workers, and then to provide basis for the development of effective AIDS health education. METHODS Cluster random sampling was performed from different populations in Lucheng District in September, 2008 and 680 eases were surveyed by anonymous questionnaires. RESULTS The general awareness rate about AIDS related knowledge was 84.17%, 68.51% , 87.98% and 75.19% among urban and rural residents, middle school students and migrant workers respectively. The difference of AIDS related knowledge awareness rate among the four kinds of people was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. The total awareness rate of AIDS was high among the four kinds of people, but in some specific knowledge items, the awareness rates were relatively low. Education level was the influence factor on AIDS knowledge knowing. All kinds of populations obtained AIDS related knowledge mainly by watching TV. CONCLUSION Health education about AIDS should be more comprehensive and scientific. Level of AIDS knowledge need to be improved especially among rural residents and migrant workers through multi-format of education.
