临床医师参与继续医学教育活动的调查研究

目的：了解现时期继续医学教育（Continuing Medical Education, CME）的基本状况及其影响因素，探讨存在的问题和解决的对策。方法：以近年参加厂东省某重点医科大学开展的国家级和省级继续医学教育项目的临床医师为研究对象。采取方便抽样方法抽取450名临床医师，进行调查研究。结果：本研究表明，临床医师对CME活动认知度较高，大多认为开展CME活动有必要，CME活动参与度较高；参加CME学习的目的都主要是为了提高专业水平和对工作有帮助；临床医师对CME活动的质量大多评价较高，CME活动基本符合要求；CME形式可以多样化；临床医师希望参#OCME活动的方式多以业余为主；影响临床医师参加CME活动的因素较多，前几位因素是时间不够、学习费用及交通不便。结论：充分了解医疗需求。有针对性地开展继续医学教育活动，使继续医学教育在医师医疗活动中发挥更大的作用。

A Questionnaire Study of Clinicians Participating in Continuing Medical Education Programs

Objective： To investigate the basic situation of continuing medical education and its influencing factors, and provide useful guidance for healthy development of continuing medical education. Methods： Clinicians participating in the programs of national and provincial continuing medical education programs in a certain medical university in Guangdong province in recent years were taken as study subjects. Results： The study shows that clinicians have higher recognization and participation of CME activities, most of them consider that CME activities are necessary to carry out; the main purpose of participating in CME activities are mainly to improve their professional levels and help job. The investigation showed high evaluation of CME activity＇s quality from clinicians, and CME activities can meet the requirement on the whole; the pattern of CME may be more various; clinicians participate in CME activities mainly on spare time. There are more factors influencing participation of CME activities. Among them, lack of time, inconvenience of traffic and conflict with job account for the main factors. Conclusions： Various continuing medical education activities should promoted according to clinical practice. Continuing medical education activities can play a great role, after the medical needs were fully understand.
