泡状棘球蚴脑病新西兰大白兔模型探讨

摘    要:目的:探讨建立泡状棘球脑病新西兰大白兔模型的方法及可行性。方法:采用颅骨穿刺直视下脑内不同深度接种及经颈内动脉注入接种的方法建立三组动物模型,混悬液分别制备为每毫升含约3—5×10^3个及5~10×10^3个原头节。结果:高浓度接种液、颅骨穿刺直视下脑内不同深度的两种方法接种成功,接种率分别为26.32%及5.56%。结论:泡状棘球蚴脑病新西兰大白兔模型具有可行性;颅骨穿刺直视下脑内接种方法更易成功,接种点应靠近脑膜,血管丰富的区域。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the method of establishment of alveolar hydatid disease in New Zealand white rabbit model and t's feasibility. Methods: We adopted three inoculation methods, that were two inoculation under different depths of the brain under direct vision of the skull puncture and carotid artery inoculation. The suspensions were prepared by concentration of about 3-5×10^3 protoscoleces per milliliter and 5-10×10^3 protoscoleces per milliliter. Results: The two methods that were in various brain inoculation under direct vision of the skull puncture were successful with the upper concentration, vaccination rates were 26.32% and 5.56%. Conclusion: The rabbit model of the alveolar hydatid encephalopathy is feasible; The inoculation method under direct vision of the skull puncture to the brain is more successful, and inoculation point should be close to the meningeal, where blood vessel-rich region.
