老年长期护理与区域协同医疗服务体系中数据汇交共享问题探讨

老年长期护理（Long—term Care，简称LTC）在20世纪70年代的西方发达国家迅速发展起来，其核心职能是为高龄老年人提供专业护理服务。长期护理对于照顾老年人生活，保证老年人健康，帮助老年人安度晚年意义重大。当前我国老龄化形势日益严重，老年人数量和高龄化程度都在增加，传统的家庭养老模式已经越来越难以承受其负担。因此，发展老年长期护理服务，缓解社会养老压力迫在眉睫。老年长期护理作为区域协同医疗服务体系的一个新型分支，对其数据的采集与深度挖掘和利用及与其他系统例如：健康档案、慢病管理的信息共享，是实现区域内医疗卫生信息资源互通互连、提高医疗卫生业务数据处理效率和质量的重要途经之一，也是我国卫生事业发展的需要和必然趋势，就此问题进行探讨。
