①目的探讨不同形态胚胎的发育潜能。②方法对222对夫妇242个周期的胚胎着床率进行了分析。③结果4～5细胞胚胎着床率为10．34％，6～7胚胎着床率为15．84％，8细胞胚胎着床率为34．95％，≥9细胞胚胎着床率为11．11％。8细胞胚胎着床率高于其他细胞组。无碎片胚胎着床率为33．89％，碎片〈20％胚胎着床率为17．81％，碎片〈50％胚胎着床率为11．11％。无碎片胚胎着床率高于其他组。④结论胚胎中卵裂球数目及胚胎内碎片对着床率有明显的影响。胚胎形态可作为评估胚胎发育潜能的参数。

The relationship between embryonic morphology and potential of embryonic development in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation

Objective To explore the development potential of different embryonic morphology. Methods Embryo implantation rates of 242 cycles were analyzed in 222 couples from December 2004 to June 2007. Results The rate of embryo implantation was higher after transfers of 8 - cell embryos （ 34.95% ） than that after 4 - 5 - cell embryos （ 10.34% ） ,6 - 7 - cell embryos （ 15. 84% ） and ≥ 9 - cell embryos （ 11.11% ）, and which was higher after transfers embryos without fragmentation（ 33.89% ） than that with fragmentation 1 - 20% （ 17.81% ） and with fragmentation 21 - 50% （ 11.11% ）. Conclusion The number of cells in the embryo and the fragmentation in embryo affected on embryo implantation. Embryo morphology could be used to evaluate the embryon- ic development potential.
