摘    要:用杂环金属盐法,通过呋喃碳核苷中间体,合成了哒嗪、哒嗪酮等碳核苷,并讨论了反应机理提高了呋喃汞盐合成碳核苷的收率及立体选择性。

Abstract:New Cnucleoside analogues were synthesized via the key intermediate 2(2',3',4'triObenzoylDxylopyranosyl)furan.The stability of the and isomer was described. The conversion of the furan ring into pyridazine ring was performed by ClassonKaas method to give 3(Dxylopyranosyl)pyridazine and 3(Dxylopyranosyl4,5dihydro6(1H))pyridazinone.
