| 摘 要： | 将膝关节骨性关节炎的患者60例随机分为两组,分别采用GaAlAs半导体激光照射膝眼穴治疗和采用英国产碳棒式红外线治疗机治疗.两组均治疗5次及10次时评定疗效,经Ridit分析,治疗5次时有效率比较,U=4.32,U＞2.58,P＜0.01;治疗10次时有效率比较,U=4.36,U＞2.58,P＜0.01,两组差异非常显著.GaAlAs半导体激光照射膝眼穴治疗膝关节骨性关节炎见效快,痊愈率高,适宜推广.

| Abstract: | Purpose To probe into therapy of osteoarthritis of knee joint.Methods 60 cases of osteoarthritis of knee joint were randomly divided into two groups and they were treated respectively by laser radiation at Xiyan point (EX LE 5) and infrared ray.The therapeutic effect in the two groups were assessed at the 5th and the 10th sesion of treatment.Results The effective rates at the 5th and the 10th session in the laser treatment group was better than those of the infrared treatment group, P <0 05.Conclusion Laser radiation at Xiyan(EX LE 5) has advantages of more rapid and higher cured rate in treatment of osteoarthritis of knee joint,and it is properly popularized.
