Achenbach青少年自评量表问题部分成都市区常模

目的：建立Achenbach青少年自评量表问题部分(YSR-1991年版)的成都市区常模。方法：随机抽取1740名青少年学生和300名青少年就诊者为调查对象，采用YSR作为评估工具。结果：1．对成都市区青少年以总分的第90或75百分位数为YSR总分的分界值，敏感度分别为31％和5413％。2．YSR总分随着年龄的增长有增高趋势，性别之间无差异，外向性问题男性多见，内向性问题女性多见。3．就诊与否对内、外向性问题因子分和总分分别解释13．1％、6．1％和12．4％的变异。结论：成都市区青少年YSR总分随年龄的增长有增加趋势，性别间无差异，最佳分界值为总分的第75百分位数；YSR对内向性问题更敏感。

The Norms of Youth Self-Report (Behaviour Problems) in Chengdu City

Objective: To set up the norms of Youth Self-Report (Behaviour Problems,1991) in Chengdu City of China. Methods: YSR were administered to 1740 students and 300 referrals aged 11 to 18 years old. Results:1. The sensitivity of total problem score of YSR respectively was 31% and 54.3% if 90th or 75th percentile was assigned as the cutpoint of norms. 2. The total problem scores tended to be increasing with age. There was no significant effect of genders for total problem scores. The girls had higher scores in the internalizing problems, and the boys had higher scores in the externalizing problems. 3. The effect size of referred or not for the internalizing problems, the externalizing problems and the total problem scores respectively was 13.1%, 6.1% and 12.4%. Conclusion: The total problem scores tended to be increasing with age, and there was no difference between boys and girls. The score of 75th percentile of total score of YSR was found to have the best discrimination. YSR had better sensitivity for the internalizing problems than externalizing problems.
