| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者肥胖、胰岛素抵抗与血浆同型半胱氨酸的关系.方法 1)120例2型糖尿病分为肥胖组与非肥胖组,比较两组间的Hcy和胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)的差别.2)2型糖尿病分为高Hcy和正常Hcy组,比较两组的血糖、血脂、血压、血肌酐、胰岛素和糖基化血红蛋白,体重指数(BMI)及HOMA-IR的差别.3)多元逐步回归分析Hcy的影响因素.结果 1)肥胖组的Hcy、HOMA-IR高于非肥胖组(P<0.01).2)高Hcy与正常Hcy的病程(P<0.01)、空腹血糖(P<0.05)、糖基化血红蛋白(P<0.05)、血肌酐(P<0.01)、总胆固醇(P<0.05)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(P<0.05)、BMI(P<0.01)、空腹胰岛素(P<0.01)及HOMA-IR(P<0.01)差别有统计学意义.3)血浆Hcy与HOMA-IR、BMI、病程、胰岛素、肌酐独立相关.结论 肥胖与胰岛素抵抗与2型糖尿病患者的Hcy'密切相关.
