摘    要:目的 以益气活血化瘀法对系统性红斑狼疮 (SLE)之血瘀证及疗效的观察。方法将 68例SLE患者随机分为治疗组 (40例 )和对照组 (2 8例 ) ,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上辨证地加用以益气活血化瘀为主的中药治疗 ,对照组仅用强的松、雷公藤多甙、潘生丁等常规治疗 ,并对两组疗效进行对比观察。结果 治疗组血液流变学指标 (血液黏度等 )显著降低 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,SLE之血瘀证症状有明显改善 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 以益气活血化瘀法改善SLE之血瘀证可提高临床疗效

Abstract:Objective It is to observe the effect of Supplement Qi for activating Blood and removing Blood stasis on systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods 68 patients with SLE were divided into treatment group (40 cases) and control group (28 cases) at random. The treatment group were treated with routine method (Prednisone, Glucosidorum tripterygii tororum and Persantinum, etc.) and Supplement Qi for activating Blood and removing Blood stasis. The control group were only treated with routine method. Results The marker of hemorheology and blood viscosity of SLE were reduced significantly in treatment group ( P <0.01), and the symptoms of Blood Stagnation were evidently improved ( P <0.05). Effects of two groups were compared and evaluated. Conclusion The treatment method of Supplement Qi for activating Blood and removing Blood stasis can raise the clinical curative effect by improving symptom of Blood Stagnation on SLE.
