摘    要:目的:选出番泻叶鲜品的最佳初加工方式。方法:以番泻苷A、B,异鼠李素-3-O-β-2-龙胆二糖苷及外观为评价指标,考察晒制、阴干、微波制、炒制等6种初加工方式,采用综合评分法从中选出番泻叶最优的初加工方式。结果:最佳初加工方式为微波制、中火力微波制2 min。结论:优选的番泻叶初加工方式合理可行、操作简便,可对番泻叶的初加工起到规范和指导作用。

Abstract:Objective: To choose the optimal processing technology for sennea folium. Methods:Taking the contents of iso rhamnetin-3-O-β-gentiobioside,sennoside B,C-sennoside A and sennea folium appearance as indicators,comprehensive score were used to optimize the best original processing technology for sennea folium. Through inspecting drying in the sunshine,shade,microwave drying and frying. Results:The optimal original processing technology was microwave drying to deal with sample at medium fire in 2minutes. Conclusion: The optimal original processing technology is reasonable and feasible,and could be used as a standard and guidance.
