| 摘 要： | 综述狼毒3个品种瑞香狼毒、大戟狼毒及月腺大戟生品及其炮制品醋狼毒、酒制狼毒、奶制狼毒的质量控制研究进展,提出使用薄层色谱法、高效液相、液质及气质联用等分析方法对狼毒药材和炮制品进行定性鉴别及含量测定,为科学全面制定狼毒的质量标准提供参考依据,从而有利于控制狼毒药材与炮制品的质量,保证狼毒资源的合理开发及临床用药的安全有效。

| Abstract: | Summarize the research progress on quality control of raw Stellera chamae-jasme Linn.,Euphorbia ebracteolata Hayata and Euphorbia fischeriana Steud and their processed products： vinegar euphorbia,milk euphorbia and wine euphorbia. The qualitative identification and content determination of Euphorbia and its processed products were made by TLC,HPLC,LC-MS. It provided evidence to formulate quality criteria of Euphorbia,which is conducive to control the quality of crude drug and its processed products,to ensure the reasonable exploitation and assure safe and effective clinical application. |
