| 摘 要： | HSC是细胞外基质的主要合成细胞。从人肝组织中分离培养HSC,用于中药药理研究,可以得到与人体内相接近的实验结果,从而增加实验数据的可信度。我们成功分离培养了人肝星状细胞（H-HSC）,报道如下。
