卵巢浆液性囊腺癌细胞周期分布与突变p53蛋白表达的研究

目的　研究卵巢浆液性囊腺癌细胞周期分布情况及突变p5 3蛋白的表达。方法　采用流式细胞学和免疫组织化学方法对 16例卵巢浆液性囊腺癌及 4例正常卵巢组织进行了研究。结果　卵巢浆液性囊腺癌细胞增殖指数及p5 3蛋白阳性表达均显著高于正常卵巢组织 ,低分化癌细胞增殖指数较中、高分化癌增高 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 ) ,而各临床分期间则无显著差异 (P >0 0 1)。结论　卵巢浆液性囊腺癌特别是低分化癌的细胞增殖活性增加 ,突变p5 3蛋白表达增高 ,但与临床进展程度无显著相关。

A Study on Distribution of Cell Cycle and Expression of Mutant p53 in Ovary Serous Adenocarcinoma

Objective To study the distribution of cell cycle and expression of mutant p53 in ovary serous adenocarcinoma and their relations with histopathology.Methods Use flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry method to study 16 cases ovary serous adenocarcinoma and 4 cases normal ovary tissue.Results The proliferation index(PI) and the positive expression rate of p53 protein are significantly higher than normal control(P<0.01).The proliferation index of low histologic grade was higher than that middle and high histologic grade(P<0.05).But no significantly different among clinical operation stage.Conclusions Compare with the normal tissue,the expression of p53 protein and the cell proliferation activity are higher in ovary serous adenocarcinoma.But that could not play important role in the progress of ovary serous adenocarcinoma.
