摘    要:cDNA microarrays are now being employed formRNA expression analysis in cancer cell lines1] orexcised surgical specimens2]. However, broaderapplication of cDNA microarrays is limited by theamount of RNA required: 50-200 mg of total RNA or 2-5 mg of poly A+ RNA.
