复方丹参滴丸对心绞痛合并高血压患者血压和心脏功能的研究

目的：观察复方丹参滴丸对冠心病合并高血压病患者的临床疗效。方法：冠心病合并高血压82例患者，自身前后对照．月艮用复方丹参滴丸，疗程8周．观察治疗前后的心电图、血压、心率，记录临床症状及不良反应，测定心功能及血浆血管紧张素（AngⅡ）和一氧化氮（nitricoxide，NO）等指标的变化。结果：82例患者经治疗8周后心绞病症状显效51例，有效22例，无效9例，总有效率89．02％。治疗前后降压疗效比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；复方丹参滴丸能明显改善临床症状和心肌功能（P〈0．05）．并有效降低血管紧张素AngⅡ和一氧化氮的水平，其余指标和不良反应治疗前后差异均无显著性。结论：复方丹参滴九对Ⅰ、Ⅱ级高血压的冠心病患者病症状有较好的疗效，在减轻一些氧化应激的因子的同时，改善心脏功能和状态。

The effect of Danshen on blood pressure and cardiac function of Coronary Heart Disease patients with Hypertntion

Objective：To study the clinical effects of Composite Danshen Droplet Pills on coronary heart disease patients with hypertension.Methods： 82 patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension were given Danshen for 8 weeks.Before and after the treatment ,the effects of Danshen on Electrocardiogram, blood pressure, heart rate ,the clinical symptoms, adverse reactions,heart function were observed,and angiotensin Ⅱ （ANg Ⅱ ）, nitric oxide（NO）, norepinephrine（NE）,epinephrine（E） were messureed.Resuhs： Of 82 cases, remarkable improvement was in 51,effective was in 22,and inefficiency was in 9.The total effective rate was 89.02% .CSDP can significantly improve the clinical symptoms ,myocardial function and reduce the level of AngⅡ, NO,NE and E （P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in other indicates and adverse reactions Before and after the treatment.Conclusion： Danshen could alleviate the symptoms of coronary heart disease with hypertension ,reduce oxidative stress and improve cardiac function and status.
