| 摘 要： | 【目的】探讨替罗非班对急性冠脉综合征（ACS）患者血清C反应蛋白（CRP）和白细胞介素6（IL-6）水平的影响。【方法】将入住本院的66例ACS患者随机分为替罗非班组（试验组）和对照组，分别检测入院即刻、治疗后24h和治疗后48h两组血清中CRP、IL-6水平，并分析两组间的相关性。【结果】替罗非班组在治疗后24h和48h血清中CRP和IL-6水平均要显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。【结论】替罗非班能降低ACS、患者血清CRP和IL-6水平，从而抑制ACS患者炎症反应。

Effects of Serum Levels of CRP and IL-6 in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome by Using Tirofiban |

| Abstract: | Objective] To explore the effects of serum levels of C-reactive protein (CRP) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in patients with acute coronary syndrome by using tirofiban. Methods]CRP and IL-6 levels were examined in 66 patients with acute coronary syndrome, who were randomly divided into tirofiban treatment group and control group. Correlations were evaluated between the two groups. Results] The levels of CRP and IL-6 in tirofiban treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion] Tirofiban can inhibit inflammatory reaction by lowering levels of CRP and IL-6. |
