血清中IgG0的检测对早期类风湿关节炎患者的诊断价值

目的:探索IgG0对早期类风湿关节炎(RA)诊断意义。方法:采用我们以往建立的酶联免疫吸附方法,对31例不明原因关节炎患者血清中IgG0进行检测。随访6个月～2年。结果:IgG0阳性的15例中,最终被确诊为RA的有13例(84.6%),而IgG0阴性组16例中,仅有5例发展为RA(31.2%),明显低于IgG0阳性组(P<0.001);IgG0与类风湿因子(RF)指标结合,诊断早期RA阳性率可达86.6%。结论:IgG0可存在于早期RA患者血清中,对RA早期诊断有一定价值。IgG0与RF两指标结合可提高早期RA诊断率。

Diagnostic value of serum IgG0 in early rheumatoid arthritis

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of IgG0 in early rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Methods Serum IgG0 in 31 patients with cause-unknown arthritis was examined by enzyme-linked immunoabsorbent assay. The patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months. Results At the end of the follow-up, 13 (84.6%) out of 15 patients with IgG0 positive were diagnosed as rheumatoid arthritis(RA) and 5 (31.2%) out of 16 patients with IgG0 negative were diagnosed as RA, which were significantly less than those in the IgG0 positive patients (P<0.001). The positive rate was 86.6% when the serum IgG0 was combined with rheumatoid factor (RF) in detection. Conclusions Serum IgG0 is detectable in early RA patients, which has diagnostic value in early RA. The combination of IgG0 with RF in detection may improve the diagnostic efficiency in the patients with early RA.
