| 摘 要： | 目的:总结分析21例恶性黑色素瘤病例的临床资料,探讨合理有效的治疗方法。方法:对21例恶性黑色素瘤病例的临床表现、治疗方法及预后进行回顾性研究。结果:21例中男女之比为1.1∶1,平均发病年龄为41.7岁,上、下颌之比为2.5∶1,颈淋巴结转移率为52.9%,3年、5年存活率分别为28.6%、23.8%。结论:口腔粘膜恶性黑色素瘤预后很差,包括手术、冷冻、免疫治疗等的综合治疗应是目前提倡的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore effective methods for the treatment of oral mucosa melanomas by reviewing 21 cases of patients.Methods: A retrospective research of 21 cases of oral mucosa melanomas was done,and the clinical symptom,therapeutic methods and prognostic factors were recorded and estimated.Results: Of the 21cases,the ratio of males to females was 1.1∶1,the average age was 41.7 years,the ratio of maxilla to mandible was 2.5:1,metastasis rate of cervical lymphnode was 52.9%,and survival rate of 3 and 5 years was 28.6% and 23.8% respectively.Conclusion: The prognosis of melanoma was very poor,and combining therapies of operation,cryosurgery and immunotherapy should be advocated. |
