柴黄颗粒治疗老年风热型感冒发热患者的疗效观察及护理

目的观察柴黄颗粒治疗老年患者风热型感冒发热的退热效果及总结护理要点。方法2007年1月-2008年8月将本科室收治的86例老年风热型感冒发热患者随机分为观察组与对照组各43例，观察组采用柴黄颗粒配合抗病毒治疗，对照组采用抗生素配合抗病毒治疗，观察两组的治疗效果。结果观察组和对照组治疗总有效率分别为95．3％与72．1％，两组比较，x^2=8．53，P〈0．01，差异具有统计学意义。结论柴黄颗粒治疗老年患者风热型感冒发热疗效显著,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical observation and nursing of Chai Huang granules in the treatment of wind-heat type common cold fever in old patients

Objective To observe the effect of Chai Huang granules in the treatment of wind-heat type common cold and fever in old patients and summarize the main points of nursing. Methods During January 2007 and August 2008, 86 cases of wind-heat type common cold in old patients with fever were randomly divided into observation group and control group evenly. The observation group was treated with Chai Huang granules and antiviral treatment, and the control group with the antibiotics and anti-virus by conventional treatment, followed by observing the therapeutic effects of the two groups. Results The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 95.3% and 72.1%, respectively. The difference statistically was significant （x^2 = 8.53 ,P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Chai Huang granules is effective for the treatment of wind-heat type common cold patients, and it is worth clinically popularizing.
