抗阻运动对更年期女性骨代谢的影响

摘    要:目的:本研究试图通过对部分更年期女性骨代谢物含量的检测,探讨抗阻锻炼对更年期女性骨代谢的影响。方法:试验对象为华南师范大学20名健康绝经女教师,随机分为对照组(对照A组)、抗阻运动组(实验B组),进行为期9个月的实验。在运动干预前、3个月、9个月测定受试者正位腰椎骨密度,并抽取肘前静脉血,测定血清酸性磷酸酶、血清碱性磷酸酶、血钙、血磷等骨代谢指标。结果:1.对照组受试骨量丢失,骨密度下降(P〉0.05),抗阻运动组骨密度均增加(P〈0.05)。,2.实验前、3个月及9个月抗阻运动组的抗酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶、血清酸性磷酸酶均有下降的趋势。实验前后,抗阻运动组自身对照显示差异具有显著性(P〈0.05)。3.对照组血清碱性磷酸酶的活性在实验前、3个月及9个月均无明显变化(P〉0.05),抗阻运动组实验前、3个月及9个月血清特异性碱性磷酸酶活性上升明显,具有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。4.对照组和抗阻运动组的尿钙与肌酐的比值均呈现下降的趋势(P〈0.05),抗阻运动组在9个月后与对照组相比差异具有显著性(P〈0.05),抗阻运动组在实验前后自身对比具有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论:抗阻运动对更年期女性骨密度及骨代谢具有良好的影响,可使骨密度显著增加(P〈0.05),血钙、碱性磷酸盐显著降低(P〈0.05).

Abstract:Objective:This study attempts to detect the bone metabolism through some menopausal women with the resistance training. Methods: The subjects, who are 20 healthy postmenopausal women , were randomly divided into control group ( control group A), the resistance movement group ( test group B), for a period of 9 months experiment. Before intervention in the campaign, three months and nine months, took pre-elbow blood to measure serum acid phosphatase, serum alkaline phosphatase, Calcium, phosphorus and other indicators of bone metabolism. Results: 1. Phosphorus and calcium decreased significantly(P 〈 0.05) of the resistance exercise group of menopausal women. 2. It has a downward trend of tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase, the serum acid phosphatase before the experiment, three months and six months of the resistance movement group. Before and after the experiment, resistance exercise self-control group showed significant differences( P 〈 0.05 ). 3. The serum ALP activity of resistance exercise group was significantly increased(P 〈0.05). The specific serum alkaline phosphatase activity increased significantly, with a significant difference before the experimental group, three months and six months in resistance movement group. 5. It showed a downward trend in the control group and resistance exercise group of calcium and ereatinine ratio( P 〈 0. 05) , and compared with the control group, the exercise group after six months had significant difference (P 〈 0.05). 6. h showed a clear upward trend in estradiol levels of the resistance exercise group after exercise. Conclusions:After 9 months of training, the ALP activity in resistance movement group increased, ACP activity decreased, show that the resistance movement against ALP, ACP.
