| 摘 要： | 目的总结并分析经额中回皮质入路切除侧脑室前部肿瘤的显微外科手术技巧及临床疗效。方法回顾性分析20例经额中回皮质入路手术切除侧脑室前部肿瘤病人的临床资料。结果肿瘤全切除l5例,次全切除3例,部分切除2例。无手术死亡病例。术后随访6个月～3年,平均1年;术后6个月GOS评分:5分14例,4分2例,3分1例(术后2年死于其他疾病),失访3例。结论额中回皮质入路具有手术损伤小、术野暴露清楚等优点,是切除侧脑室前部肿瘤的首选入路之一。
