| 摘 要： | 目的观察胰岛素干预治疗对急性脑梗死(ACI)伴高血糖患者预后的影响。方法将74例ACI患者随机分为治疗组36例和对照组38例,分别给予胰岛素干预治疗和常规治疗。结果治疗组的总有效率为80.6%,显著优于对照组的60.5%(P<0.05),且未见明显副作用。结论胰岛素对伴高血糖的脑缺血损害有保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of insulin on prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI) complicated hyperglycemia.Methods 74 cases of ACI were randomly divided into treatment group(36 cases) and control group(38 cases),receiving treatment of insulin and routine treatment respectively.Results The total effectiveness rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(80.6% vs 60.5%,P<0.05),and had few side effects.Conclusion Insulin has protective effects on cerebral ischemic damage complicated hyperglycemia. |
