茉莉花根提取液对小鼠中枢神经的抑制作用

目的观察茉莉花根提取液(茉根液)对小鼠中枢神经系统的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法随机分组观察小鼠灌服茉根液后的活动次数,不同时间入睡数以及与戊巴比妥钠的协同作用。结果茉根液可抑制苯丙胺引起的运动性兴奋,对小鼠的中枢神经系统亦有抑制作用,并可达到催眠的功效,茉根液与戊巴比妥钠合用可增强其作用。结论茉根液是一种中枢神经系统抑制剂,具有镇静催眠的作用。

Study the Center Nerve Inhibition Function of Radix Jasmini sambac Liquid on Mice

Objective To observe the effect of Radix Jasmini sambac (RJS)liquid on central nervous system (CNS)of mice and to explore its clinical effect and mechanism.Methods The mice were randomly divided into groups to observe the activi- ty level,the posture of mice when falling down,and the time of falling asleep of mice.Meanwhile,the synergism of RJS and phenobarbital sodium was recorded.Results RJS liquid could inhibit the motor response of mice induced by am- phetamine,and has sedative and hypnotic effect on mice.The effect would be enhanced when used with phenobarbital sodium together.Conclusion RJS liquid is a CNS inhibitory drug with sedative and hypnotic effect.
