509名艾滋病VCT求询类型及HIV感染状况分析

目的了解艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)求询类型及HIV感染之间的关系,探讨高效VCT以及改变求询者高危行为的方法。方法根据卫生部《艾滋病免费自愿咨询检测管理办法》的要求,由接受过VCT专业知识培训的艾滋病防治人员与求询者面对面交谈咨询,咨询员为每个求询者填写《咨询个案登记表》和《HIV筛查检测登记表》,并与每月10日前上报到中国疾病预防控制信息系统-检测咨询信息管理;对确认HIV抗体阳性者进行网络直报并进行随访管理;建立完善的转介网络,对需要进行转介的按照转介程序进行转介。结果 2008-2009年聊城市疾控中心VCT门诊共接待求询者509人,其中86.25%为男性、13.75%为女性;20～49岁占85.46%;因高危性行为咨询者占90.16%;检出HIV抗体阳性10例,感染率为1.96%。结论开展高质量的VCT服务,是预防和发现艾滋病的重要措施。

Analysis on types of VCT among 509 AIDS patients and HIV infection status

Objective To understand the types of voluntary counseling and testing(VCT) and relationship between HIV infections,and discuss the effective VCT and method to change the high-risk behaviors of inquirers.Methods According to the requirements of Management Measures on Free AIDS Voluntary Counseling and Testing of the Ministry of Health,the AIDS control workers who received VCT expertise training talked with inquirers face-to-face.The consultant filled out Registration Form of Counseling Case and Registration Form of HIV Screening Testing for each inquirer,and reporeted the forms to China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention-testing consulting information management before 10th of each month;did network report and follow-up visit management for the confirmed HIV positive patients;and established and perfected referral network to undertake referral according to the referral procedures.Results A total of 509 inquirers visited Liaocheng CDC for VCT outpatient service,of which,86.25% of them were men and 13.75% were women.Patients between 20 and 49 years old accounted for 85.46 %.Inquirers with high-risk behaviors accounted for 90.16 %.10 cases were HIV antibody positive,with the infection rate of 1.96%.Conclusion Developing high-quality VCT services was the important measure to prevent and find AIDS.
