江阴市中小学校医(保健老师)现状调查

目的了解江阴市中小学校医(保健老师)的现状,完善校医(保健老师)队伍的管理和建设,为促进学校卫生工作开展奠定良好的基础。方法采用封闭问卷调查的方式,分别于2007年和2011年对江阴市所有公立中小学校医及保健老师基本情况进行调查。结果校医队伍专业化程度低,卫生技术专业人员的比例仅为29.91%;校医的年龄偏大;校医队伍不稳定,频繁更换人员,从事学校卫生工作<5年的人员占42.99%。结论应加强学校卫生的队伍建设,规范校医资格准入制度,严格管理,努力解决校医队伍的编制、职称、待遇等问题,保证学校卫生工作人员的综合素质满足学校卫生事业发展的需求。

Investigation on the current situation of school doctors(health care teachers) in middle and primary schools in Jiangyin City

Objective To understand the current situation of school doctors(health care teachers) in middle and primary schools in Jiangyin,perfect the management and construction of school doctors(health care teachers) team,and lay good foundation for promoting the development of school health work.Method Use a sealed questionnaire to investigate the basic information of school doctors and health care teachers in all the public middle and primary schools in 2007 and 2011,respectively.Results The degree of specialization of school doctors team was low;the ratio of health professionals was only 29.91%;the school doctors were old;school doctors were not stable and personnel changed frequently;and people engaged in school health work for less than 5 years accounted for 42.99%.Conclusions We should strengthen the construction of school health teams,standardize the qualifications admittance system of school doctors,perform strict management,and solve the problems of establishment,title and remuneration among school doctors,so as to ensure the comprehensive quality of school health workers to meet the need of school health development.
