| 摘 要： | 目的探讨钛网在颅骨成形术中的应用。方法回顾性分析我科2000年1月～2005年1月颅骨缺损使用钛网成形74例患者的临床资料。结果74例患者手术简便安全、外观满意、无手术并发症，随访6个月～3年，无钛网松动、变形、感染及排斥反应。结论使用钛网作为颅骨缺损成形材料效果满意、安全、并发症少。

Application of titanium alloy in the cranioplasty |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the utility of titanium alloy in clinical cranioplasty. Methods The data of seventy - four patients undergone titanium alloy cranioplasty from January 2000 to January 2005 was analyzed by retrospective review. Results There was no looseness, deformation, infection and foreign rejection found in the patients by clinical observation for 6 months to 3 year. Conclusion The utility of titanium alloy in clinical cranioplasty is convenient, safe, effective and rare in complication. |
