脊椎结核的CT诊断(附80例分析)

目的:分析CT扫描技术在脊椎结核患者诊断中的应用价值及其诊断敏感性。材料与方法:80例脊椎结核患者,其中,男性38例,女性42例,年龄为2～66岁,平均34岁,于临床症状出现1个月～20年内经X射线和CT检查。结果:CT检查较X-射线更为准确地证实了所有患者中早期的骨质破坏,如在38例(48％)患者中看到穿凿状骨质破坏,而在42例(52％)患者中看到斑片状骨质破坏。结论:CT扫描技术对脊椎结核的诊断具有很高的准确性,并为临床治疗的确定提供较X-射线放射照相术更多的重要信息。

CT Diagnosis of Spinal Tuberculosis: Preliminary Analyses of 80 Patients

Purpose: To analyze the usefulness of CT scanning technique and diagnostic sensitivity in the diagnosis of patients with spinal tuberculosis. Materials and Methods: 80 patients who include 38 cases of male and 42 cases of female with a mean age of 34 years underwent x - ray radiography and CT examinations within one month to twenty years after onset of clinical symptoms. Results: CT scanning more accurately demonstrated than x - ray radiography the early destruction of bone in all patients. For example, Punched - form destruction of bone was found in 38 (48% ) patients but patch - form destruction was found in 42 (52% ) patients. Conclusion: CT scanning technique has higher accuracy in the diagnosis of patients with spinal tuberculosis and it can provide the important information more than x - ray radiography for deciding clinic therapy.
