医护联合查房在临床护理工作中的应用

目的通过医护联合查房，提高护理人员的整体素质，全面提高护理质量。方法主要从医护联合查房前的准备、查房时的要求及查房的程序三个方面，对医护联合护理查房进行详细的阐述。结果使护理质量及护理人员专业水平有了明显提高，为患者提供全方位的护理服务、满足患者的身心健康需要。结论通过实施医护联合查房，可以提高护理质量，提高护士专业知识水平和临床护理技能，提高护士的语言表达能力，增强护士长的管理能力，进一步融洽医患关系。

Application on nursing ward rounds with doctor in clinical nursing care

Objective To improve the overall quality of the nursing staff and the nursing care by nursing ward rounds with the doctor. Methods A detailed expatiation was made on the nursing ward rounds with the doctor from the aspects of preparation before ward inspection,the requirement and program of ward inspection. Results It significantly improved the quality and expertise of the nurse staff, provided the patients with overall nursing care and fulfilled their physical and psychological needs. Conclusion to implement the nursing ward rounds with the doctor can improve the quality ,expertise, clinic nursing skills and verbal ability of the nurse staff,enhance the managerial ability of the head nurse,and harmonize the docter-patient relationship.
