| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨高密度多孔聚乙烯(Medpor)在修复颅骨缺损畸形中的作用。方法：对1998年7月～2002年12月间，应用Medpor修复颅骨缺损畸形24例患者进行回顾性分析。结果：术后切口均一期愈合，随访3个月～4年，外观形态满意，无明显外露、移位、活动，亦无其它并发症。结论：Medpor是目前修复颅骨缺损的理想材料之一。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To describe the use of a new alloplastic implant for the repair of skull defects.Methods:A retrospective review of 24 cases of skull defects treated with porous high density polyethylene(Medpor) from July 1998 to December 2002,was performed to evaluate the efficacy of Medpor in the correction of skull defects.Results:All cases healed by first intention.Follow up ranged from 3 months to 4 years.The results were satisfactory.No implant material exposed,and no movement,activity or complications occurred.Conclusions:Medpor is one of the ideal materials for repair of skull defects. |
